News Flash:
The March edition carries an interview with Kathryn Ewels following her great result in the Sprint at WOC2009; and with people looking at travelling interstate or overseas there’s some timely advice from Steve Bird on combating jet lag and travel fatigue. There’s also some very interesting debate on the value of combining WMOC events into the World Masters Games program. Another one not to be missed.
