Round 3 of the National Orienteering League was held in Victoria last weekend with the Victorian Middle Distance Championships on Saturday and a tough long distance race on Sunday. For some these were also WOC selection trials.
In senior women, Natasha Key maintained her lead with a win on Sunday and Krystal Neumann’s win on Saturday brings her to a close second.
Simon Uppill continues to lead senior men, but Matt Doyle (Saturday) and Matt Crane (Sunday) got the wins.
Zoe Dowling won both junior women’s races to take the overall lead. Aston Key kept his lead in junior men with a win on Sunday while Pat Jaffe won on Saturday.
Canberra Cockatoos have taken the lead in the senior men teams. Victoria continue their lead in senior women and took the lead in junior men. Junior women is led by the Cockatoos as well.
