Orienteering Australia is seeking Expressions of interest for the following paid positions.
 
National Participation Manager
The Participation manager is responsible for:
·       Developing, updating and implementing the national participation plan for orienteering
·       Working with OA board to allocate participation funding to new or ongoing projects
·       Overseeing participation projects, in consultation with general manager and projects manager
·       Working with member organisations of OA and other sporting partners (e.g. Sport Australia) to achieve participation outcomes
 
The aim is to develop a participation strategy linking and coordinating activities between clubs, states and Orienteering Australia (OA) to increase the number of participants and the quality of their experience with orienteering. Increasing participation of orienteering across Australia will have a number of downstream effects.
 
This forms an important part of OA’s objective to nurture opportunities to promote and increase participation in orienteering, and for every orienteer to grow and contribute to our community – whether as a recreational participant, competitor, volunteer, coach, or administrator.
 
E-learning material developer
OA is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers interested in working with OA to create these E-learning materials on the ASLC.
OA invites potential suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest in accordance with the terms of this REOI. This REOI intends to establish a list of suppliers assessed as capable of providing services.
 
Learn to Orienteer – Beginner Program Developer 
OA is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers interested in working with OA to develop and roll out a beginner participation program for use by OA, its member state sporting organisations and their member clubs.
OA invites potential suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest in accordance with the terms of this REOI. This REOI intends to establish a list of suppliers assessed as capable of providing services.
