OA has recently completed a review of the process for training and accreditation of Controllers. The project team has reviewed and refreshed the documentation, to deliver a framework guide that covers the common aspects of the system, as well as individual curricula for delivery of 3 FootO levels and 2 new MTBO levels. The documents and accompanying application forms have now been published in Section 4 of the Operation Manual webpage (ADMIN > OPERATION MANUAL) for trainers use. Any FootO controllers who have an interest in MTBO accreditation, can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). The MTBO Application form gives a summary of the competencies required.
A guidance session for the use of the 2 new digital application forms is planned for Sunday 26th Feb and will appear in Eventor shortly.
