Schools Orienteering Programs
Orienteering Victoria has provided a concise fact sheet on – How to run a successful Orienteering Program (PDF – 700 kb)
Orienteering Western Australia also have an excellent Schools Orienteering website that may provide ideas on what is possible in a schools program.
Most states offer special MEMBERSHIPS to school groups, please enquire with your State association.
Coaching/Schools Video Resources
A series of orienteering videos can be found here. These videos may be of use to show students about orienteering.
LEVEL 0 Coaching Certificate
Teachers are encouraged to learn more about orienteering and undergo a short coaching certificate in your state. The Level 0 Coaching certificate is great for teachers. To get an idea of the contents, you can view the Level O Syllabus. Note that the Level 0 course is not an accredited course, but has been recognised by the ASC.

Orienteering Equipment
