Managed to run the event despite all the competing issues/problems. Disappointed that one control was slightly misplaced on the adjacent thicket. I think its easier to make this sort of mistake when you are the mapper. Familiarity breeds overconfidence. So much so that I was placing controls in the twilight the night before.
