Rubbish!!! Didn't know what was happening half the time. GPS track to about 7 had to be dragged around a lot due to lack of satelites so the areas near the start probably werent very acurate,

jymbo: What speed range were you talking about, I set mine as 4 to 10 mins, got lots of red :)

BTW, you need to redo this course, I can hardly see your track
