Orienteering Australia (OA) is currently inviting Expressions of Interests (EOIs) for the two paid roles of Controller Accreditation Learning Material Developer.
Quality events are the foundation for the sport of orienteering and are paramount to participants having a consistent, safe, enjoyable and challenging experience. The quality of controlling orienteering events in Australia is determined by the education and support of the accredited Controllers.

On the journey to making these courses easier to access and complete on the Orienteering Learning Centre, Orienteering Australia is first undertaking this project to develop learning material for the aforementioned courses. These resources will cover the learning objectives outlined in each syllabi document, and hence cover the theory components of becoming a Controller at each level. Learning materials will be created in a manner in which they can easily be transferred into eLearning packages, for transition to the Orienteering Learning Centre.
