2025  Australian 3 Days

Friday April 18 to Monday April 21

Hosted by Orienteering Victoria, the 2025 Australian 3 Days will be held in the Loddon Shire, north west of Bendigo in Central Victoria. The Championships will start with a bush prologue on Good Friday, followed by the 3 Days on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The 3 day competition will have 3 multi day length races, each in a different terrain type.

2025  Australian Championships

Saturday 27 September to Sunday 5 October 2025

Brisbane Queensland is the venue for the 2025 Championships. All 7 events are within an easy drive of the capital. In keeping with the theme Run the River, maps range from the upper Brisbane River at Wivenhoe, to the lazy bends around the University of Queensland campus at St Lucia.

Whether you are new to orienteering or a seasoned competitor, the carnival has something for you, with courses for all ages, fitness levels and navigation difficulty, from Open Easy to M/W21 Elite.

Highlights:

  • warm-up events in Stanthorpe and Brisbane the week prior
  • first weekend: Aus Sprint, “Dash for Cash”, Aus Long
  • midweek: Australian Schools Orienteering Champs & public races
  • final weekend: Aus Relay, Aus Middle Distance
