Register for 2025 WMOC

The World Masters Orienteering Championships will be held from 8 – 15 August 2025 in the city of Girona, capital of the Costa Brava, in Catalonia.

The city itself and its medieval historic center will be the protagonists of the Sprint tests.
The pine forests of Pals, next to the sea, and the inland beech forests of Rupit will be the settings for the forest tests.
Other municipalities of great tourist and cultural interest such as Besalú or Banyoles will host the model events.
All of this is just 30 minutes from Barcelona, ​​with several high-speed trains a day.

World Masters is open for any guide to take part in the event. Participants only need to be 35 years old or older. The competition categories are divided into women and men and into five-year age groups. From 35 to +100 with a total of 28 classes. Everyone must run within their age group.

Registration for WMOC

All registrations will be made through IOF Eventor: World Master Orienteering Championships 2025

The entry deadline is 30 June 2025 at 23:59 local time (UTC+2).

Registrations will only be valid after payment of the registration fee. Registration in the category is strictly by age, although it may be subject to changes according to IOF decisions.

You can register for only Sprint (Sprint Suns), only Forest (Forest Suns), or both (Sprint and Forest). The cost of registering for each is stated in Euros.

2025 WMOC in Girona, Spain is an important event to attend as it will also serve as a future venue for a World Cup round in 2027 and WOC in 2028.
