It has come to our attention that members with a registered Bigpond email address in Eventor were not receiving emails from Eventor from at least 29th July to 14th August 2024.
We emphasise it was not an issue with Eventor.
The root cause of the problem was recent changes to Bigpond security and compliance systems and OA email addresses and emails sent by Eventor were both affected.
During this time affected members may have missed important information regarding events. We recommend logging into Eventor and checking any events you have entered for updates.
