The Australian Sports Commission (ASC) is calling on orienteering to nominate outstanding volunteers for the 2026 Sport Volunteer of the Year Award.
From coaching and officiating to fundraising, administration, event organising and support and committee roles, volunteers are the people behind every event, training session and club moment.
If you know a sport volunteer who has made an exceptional impact over the past 12 months, now is the time to recognise them.
Nominations are open until Sunday 18 October 2026.
Help celebrate the people who make sport possible by nominating a local legend today.
